The Commercial Real Estate Industry Emerges Virtually Unscathed In California Budget Battle

According to Michael Gottieb, Editor of the California Real Estate Journal, the recent California budget battle in the State Legislature has proved him wrong: Commercial real estate DOES have effective advocacy organizations in Sacramento (BOMA California, included!).
