San Francisco Stormwater Guidelines for New Construction and Major Renovations

The stormwater guidelines apply to all new construction and major renovations involving 5,000 square feet or more ground space in the separate sewer areas of San Francisco and all buildings subject to the new city green building ordinance. It’s important for commercial property owners to fully understand which policies and guidelines apply to their specific sites.
